I've just become adjunct faculty at the local community college, and I'll be hitting a big birthday (that ends in "0" - no points for knowing the first digit(s)!) in about 5 weeks - BIG party at my sister's in Fairfax, VA - Who can come with this much notice? It will be Saturday, March 10th, evening and next morning. Send me a PM and I'll get you on the invite list... For those of you still worried about me, don't, I'm fine, in large part thanks to y'all. I've even been in a band by the same name (Midlife Chrysler) and one of our occasional members wrote a song by the same name. One other occasional member of that band recently renamed one of his CD projects Midlife Crysler as well. He even usd a promo photo we took in my midlife Chrysler for his cover shot, though he had it digitally altered by someone and made my car look like a plane. I am however working on a tune about my midlife Chrysler called the '65 Newport Ragtop Blues. I wish you luck on your continued crisis and hope to see you when you visit the great NW. |
