Another camp song I'm trying to track down, this one about canoeing. (Yes, I did check the database first, without luck.) It went something like:

Swiftly the paddles ply,
Flashing like silver,
Swift as the wild geese fly,
Dip, dip and swing.

Hi, Nonie - this is from a cocoa-stained 1963 edition of the Boy Scout Songbook. I made the cocoa myself.

Our paddles keen and bright, flashing like silver.
Swift as the wild goose flight, dip, dip and swing.
