Hope this way of typing is ok Alison introduced me to it a while back and it saves the problem of formatting. There is a shareware program out there somewhere that will take this style (called chord pro.)and change it to the more usual chords above words.

If you're singing a flat F it's not how the Spinners did it! |

Also another by the Seven Towers Choir. I suppose, however, that you're seeking a choral arrangement on sheet music. Not a full arrangement, but this (click) may help you.
