The Calendar is definitely worth more than the nominal sum of $10. I know nothing about how movements of money are processed via the internet, but bearing in mind that when I hand a cheque into my local bank they do not process it until 5 to 7 days later, I cannot suspect that getting them to process a payment which I have sent to the opposite side of the Atlantic ocean might be expected to take a while. E-mail might be almost instantaneous banks work on a principle of hanging onto my money forever. Perhaps Guest or Amergin should be berating international banking systems!

And then we "audience" try to do that, but we aren't really THERE with the offender, and we can't do what we could in person. Problem is, this forum does not actually work like a gig. So I can't be sitting next to a heckling guest and help the performer with a distraction to the heckler. And of course we don't have a bouncer, and most of us prefer it that way, too. And I think the causes of the behavior are different too. Amergin, it is really hard to host a thread once the shit starts to fly. Iddinnit? None of us have solved it.
