I shall be mumming in the pubs on Friday evening, morris dancing during the day on Saturday and, hopefully, singing both evenings and Saturday lunchtime - probably in the Holly Bush behind the church in the centre of the town, which is having a beer festival. I believe Mudcatter Snuffy will be there too! (I've already got a Mudcatter badge by the way.) "Come fill up your glasses and let us be merry ... !" Wassail! Suggestions welcome Yes of course I'll be there - especially at the ceilidh. |

Check out the local Shakespeare CAMRA website for details of the pubs in Alcester. The Cross Keys hosts a monthly Celtic session, so presumably the musicians will head there, while the Holly Bush will probably be the place for singing (and it has a beer festival). Wassail! V |
