New original fingerpicking mp3s

I finally got around to making a digital recording, and you can hear it at mp3.com at this address: http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/285/brad_sondahl.html

I've got a couple traditional tunes--Ching Chong and Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus, and a few original carefully crafted fingerpicked instrumentals (try Huckleberry mountain) and a number of original songs from a musical I've written which I don't successfully promote. Stop by there and post your responses here. Thanks

Hey, Brad, nice tunes! I esp. liked Huckleberry Mtn. and Ching Chong, as well as It's Been A Nice Day So Far. You've got a sweet voice and I mean that as a compliment.:-)

Thanks for letting us know!

Wonderful!

I learned a new hymn, too!

Thanks for your comments. It was sort of a one shot recording (mostly first takes), and in retrospect I think I was singing too softly for good tone. I think I have a songwriter's voice--able to hit the right notes but not do a lot with it.

I'm refreshing this because I'm sure a lot of other people would like to hear some quality fingerpicking at the site mentioned above, and the visitor counter at my site has been very low. BTW, my mentors in guitar were Gary Davis, John Hurt, and John Fahey, although I only met Fahey in person...
