I have no idea who performed it or what its actual title is, but I can give you bits and pieces of the lyrics:
"Well, there ain't many men who are lucky enough to have one as long as mine.
Now Paddy O'Toole came calling one day, to tell me that he had heard
The punch line is If someone would be kind enough to cut and paste the lyrics if they have them, or perhaps guide me to a site where I can find said lyrics I would be quite grateful. Thank you kindly for your time, I tried doing a forum search, and using several search engines, but without any clear-cut info, it's hard to get decent results. Thanks Again, I really appreciate it.

Anyway, a "party record" with this title was made by Cliff Ferré with The Cafe Society Quintet and has been played several times on the Dr. Demento show. The only other recording I could find with this title is on an album called "Cahir O'Doherty Live." Sorry, I couldn't find the lyrics. Garden Hose from Sears is another thread in which this song (or a similar one) was discussed, and you'll find partial lyrics there. |

Req: Garden Hose Song". The lyrics were posted on 17 Nov 2001. It's a fun song, especially if you're watching an audience member who has never heard it before. |
