17 Oct 01 - 02:36 AM (#573986) Subject: Kingston - Hull Our visit From: Steve In Scotland Thanks to Les and all the others for a good night on Saturday. Martin and I had a great time. Just sitting and playing with friends is what we like to do. You made us feel very welcome and so did the landlord. Keep it up. If its OK with you we will drop in next time we are in Hull and maybe stay longer so we can take in Nellies and Cottingham. Sorry we missed White Dove and Ikkle Dorrit among others who had gone to Wales - maybe next time. I would recommend a visit to any other catters. Thanks again Steve and Martin |

One Scots Lord who had spoken repeatedly of "watter" was asked "Does my noble friend spell "watter" with two "t"'s?". He replied "Na, na my lord, but I spell 'Mainners' wi twa "n"s" Cheers Steven |
