This Sunday (November 18), John Roberts & Tony Barrand will be my guests on WFDU-FM's TRADITIONS. The show airs from 3 to 6pm Eastern Time in the NYC area at 89.1 - and you can listen in via the internet at www.wfdu.fm

John & Tony discuss the history of their program "Nowell Sing We Clear" as well as their 30+ years performing together.

I hope you will tune in for some great music, and an early start to the holiday!!

They'll also be performing here in Montpelier VT on Dec. 16 at 7. I've heard John and Tony, but not the Nowell group, except on recordings. Gotta love those harmonies.

Here are the lyrics on the Golden Hind Music site, John's site for their music and his solo work and with others. The lyrics in the Digital Tradition database (here) are as transcribed from their recording.
