I haven't done it in years, because Spam's got so much fat, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again if I happened to feel like it and had a can of Spam on hand. Believe it or not, it's really tasty! The glaze is made with frozen orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, ginger, and clove, and it's really good on ham or pork roast, too. That I still do. I do like the Spam lyric! Does it have a tune? Had it frequently while growing up. Also have not-so-fond memories of Spam, Spam hash etc during my mispent youth as a sailor. And yes, Monty Python did do a Spam song. Hawaiians eat more Spam per capita than residents of any other state. A big favorite is Spam musubi...see one of the sushi threads for further explanation. It's just one of the things that makes these islands, er, different.
