You could try writing to him c/o The Folk Club, The Lobby Bar, Union Quay, Cork City, Ireland; because he plays there a lot. Or you could try just sending it to "Ger Wolfe, Macroom, Co. Cork" - which might well work. The post office here is mega at tracking down strange or scanty addresses. I once wrote the person's name, followed by something like "the green house with the broken gate near the church" followed by the WRONG village name, and it still got there!
Failing that, there's an excellent trad record shop here you could ask (be sure to visit them if you're ever in town): The Living Tradition, MacCurtain Street, Cork City
