I also am 100% for artists being paid for what they do, but scholarship allows some sharing and copying of printed material. |

Stewart sang it live - and that is in fact little to perform the song myself without any support from lovely people all over the world. And, according to Bill - if I sing the song on stage, I`ll pay for it, if I want or not, and if I ever record it, I`ll pay even more. So don´t worry, Andy M. I need the song as a birthday present to perform it on stage next saturday - and I don´t have more than a slight memory that I heard it sung by Andy M. And thanks again to those who understand this situation and helped me without asking further questions. Stewart song ..." and so on. As far as I´m concerned my voice is not a mechanical recording. But don´t worry, as soon as you have finished school, you´ll be able to understand written sentences in english. So good luck, keep on rehearsing. And if You meet "the master" himself, my best regards to him and special thanks for all the great songs he has written. If I ever would even think about recording Stewart´s song, I´ll complete the form - far more easy via the net than writing all the letters I sent to Brian McNeill, Dougie McLean, Ralph McTell ................ |
