Dunno about Rolf, but it's highly likely - he's done everything else! The first version I learned, some forty or more years ago, had chorus lines of 'Glory Hallelujah, horajarum' and 'Skinny-malinka-doodle-um' just to add more confusion. The version I now sing is a cross between the Tinkers' version and the earlier one. Apparently it's the story of Dives and Lazarus... |
