(or you can drive up to the car park near the top and then walk the rest of the way). It's a great view, and plus it's where the men of the1798 up rising tried to stand their ground to the last, there is also a visitor centre. It's all in a small town outside Wexford called Enniscorthy, plus they have a good visitor centre.... http://www.iol.ie/~98com/english.htm It's only half an hour away.
