You have a right to your opinions as much as anyone else on Mudcat and they are valid as you see them and as we can share them. This doesn't invalidate the fact that there was a plethora of talent on that show. I don't always like everything that's great...Elvis,Jimi Hendrix, etc. but they are great. I would be a fool to say otherwise. Whether the talent on the show were best represented by that broadcast is simply a matter of who you talk to and what you think. I've talked to some young folks who thought the show was great. Well, it might have introduced them to the world of folk music. And I might have fallen asleep. Being "opinionated" means holding on to these opinions obstinately, in despite of the evidence. So by changing his mind once he heard the show, and saying so publicly, Art has demonstrated that whatever he may be, in this case he is not "opinionated".
