The chorus was, again, to the best of my memory:-

I won't actually even post the lyrics here. Here are pretty much the exact same lyrics Tam the Bam posted, but sourced. These lines are from the book "Socialist Songs," edited by Race Matthews, page 59. You can look at the book here. The book also reports that it was a song sung by student socialist movements. Which I thought was weird, considering it's Australian, until I Googled "Australian Labor Party," and apparently that's how they spell it. That being said, I don't add "u" in words like "color." |
