There's one here (click), but I don't really like it. Click here for another. But no, I didn't find a really satisfying MIDI. I almost didn't bother with the link because I knew the song was by Country Joe McDonald - but the link was on the Country Joe Website, and it's a previously unreleased recording of the song with Pete singing and whistling.
