It's a great looking book as well as being good insight into some people I've only heard about---modern folkies who I'm going to strive to hear in the not too distant future. Robert Corwin's photos are used beautifully too. They are enhanced by the overall layout and design. And the design --- the way it's put together is thoughtful and artistic in a way that really frames and showcases the artists highlighted in these articles. Scott Alarik can be proud of this book. ----- And remember, Scott Alarik is the man who brought out that little-known chapter of American history-----the saga of the advent and the demise of the freshwater whaling industry on the great lakes---mainly Lake Superior.
