Lyr Req The Little Claddagh Ring

I'm looking for the words to a song called My Little Claddagh Ring. I think that's the title. It starts.....
I am looking back across the years
    What memories they do bring
Of all the hopes and of all the fears
    Like swallows on the wing
If I were but a poet, what a story I could sing
Of all the things encircled in a little Claddagh ring

It's nothing like the Old Claddagh Ring. I can make out most of the words but there are a few lines that have got me puzzled. Anyone know it?

Verse 1 (is as you already have)

Verse 2 A wedding ring you gave to me those many years ago// I marked the day in old Galway with warmth all aglow// A priest himself he blessed it dear with happiness to bring// Was everyone as proud as I to wear the Claddagh ring//

Verse 3 The hands are there for friendship and the heart is there for love// For loyalty throughout the years the crown is raised above// They gathered all together in a very precious thing// My little bit of Ireland, my little Claddagh ring//

Verse 4 It's getting old and shiny now along with all the years// It's shared with me the sunshine and has oft times felt my tears// But when for me the hour has come to meet my Lord the king// I hope He'll give me welcome with my little Calddagh ring//

Enjoy!

Here is "THE CLADDAGH RING" song that's in the database - a totally different song, I'd wager. Anybody got the tune for either one, or know the background of either song?
What's a claddagh ring? Click here for the answer to that one.
