From: GUEST,Wesley S According to www.dirtylinen.com there will be a blues festival in Savannah with Marcia Ball and somewhere in Atlanta Andy Stewart and Gary O'Bierne will be performing. There's still space in the workshops on Friday. There will be lots of jamming all over the square. Dahlonega is a beautiful old mountain town and the site of a huge gold rush long ago. Just come up Hwy. 400 from Atlanta. When you get to the end of the 4-lane, turn left (there are signs) and drive a couple of miles into town. You'll be glad you did! My wife and I plan to be there Fri and Sat at least. I'll be picking two-finger banjo and Tish will be playing guitar. :-), Chip |

23 Apr 03 - 10:06 PM (#938944) Subject: RE: Any music in Atlanta this weekend?? From: Bee-dubya-ell Well ding-dong! I'll be in Atlanta too. Unfortunately, it won't have anything to do with music. I'll be trying to sell some pots at the Inman Park Arts Festival. Doubt I'll have much time for music, but if you're in the Inman Park neighborhood stop by and say, "Howdy!" Just look for a big guy with a big beard and a bald head selling pottery. Bruce |

From: harpgirl I will look for you on Sunday, Bruce, if Inman Park isn't too hard to find....It is shaping up to be quite an interesting weekend and at first all I thought I was doing was driving Nathan to the wedding of his church youth leader! oh boy! harpy |
