I have a copy of a 'Relaxation' CD,entitled as above,I beleve there was at least 1 other CD produced as a 'Relaxer' in 1995.

The record label was 'Hallmark'. Its Ref No is P1995\Hallmark\301982.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Do you know the difference between a jungle and a rainforest? There is no difference except that people wouldn't have given so much money to the "Save The Jungle" campaign.

rainforest is one of those "PC terms that really irritates me. I was corrected a couple years ago when I used the word jungle. Some self-important fop told me that it is now more appropriate to use the word rainforest.

He said it in a way that almost implied that jungle was negative term as if I was saying wop or mick.

This person, of course, had never been in a rainforest, and I was hosting an informal lecture on my 4 months in the jungle of Belize in 1988 working on the team that was reclaiming the Maya city of Caracol from the jungle.

jimlad - not sure what we can do for you. These's an outside chance that someone will look at this thread who owns the cd in question, but other than that, I don't know. Most of those types of cds are produced in lots of 10 to 100 thousand and sold through whatever outlet (not usually a music store) until they're sold out or until the store managers get tired of looking at the display, send the cds back to the distributor and eventually the over-stock is destroyed.

I thought an equatorial rainforest, is too hot, humid, buzzy, and deadly to be very tranquil.

jimlad, amazon.com shows a whole series of Tranquility CDs, including an "Enchanted Rainforest" one, but a different number. Maybe they had sold some to Hallmark and that was just an internal number for Hallmark?

Also, I didn't save it, but when I did a first search at amazon, something did come up as an import with "Tranquility Rainforest," not the same as the above, but it came out in 2002, so not the right one.

Thanks,

kat
