Just a heads up for those privilged few of us who have a digibox or access to BBC 4. The esteemed Mr. Jansch has been recorded for your perusal with Johnny Marr, Bernard Butler and Ralph McTell, on the above date at 9.00 pm. Followed at 10.00 pm by Neil Young in concert (1971 concert).

Thanks for letting us know.

I am now one of the lucky ones who can see it. Perhaps all of us lucky one could set our videos running for benefit of those who are not so fortunate?

According to the adverts Currys are selling the digibox at half price I think they quoted £38 (under £40 anyway)

By a strange coincidence and rather after the Lord Mayor's Show - on the same night you can also see me on TV at 11.30 on West Country ITV. The Bendall At Bedtime Show was recorded from The Cove House Inn(along with our session there) last night.

I'm afraid Bert wasn't good. I shudder to think of what any casual - non-folkies - made of the show. Compared to Bert's "golden period", everything was wrong last night. His singing was dreadful. His "plugged in" guitar sound was dreadful. And - in the bit I saw - Butler's guitar playing was very pedestrian.
