Any music happening in Holland, club or session wise. I will be there on 19th February for 10 days and would appreciate any info

I was told by some Dutch dancers that the most likely place is after dance practice (display folk dancing that is). I would bet on the Irish Club (there will be one) and any pub called Seamus O'Donnals or Kitty O'Marrah's.
AND in Friesland I would expect there would be regular statements of cultural identity - I think shanties are popular. They are the butt of Dutch jokes apparently.
Tell us what you find.

Mudcatter Turlough lives in the Hague;   he told me there isn't much traditional music around, unfortunately...I heard live American-style (inspired by the film The Commitments perhaps) blues and live Brazilian music in Leiden...and Irish band Altan were scheduled to play there the week after I left...

check out Utrecht Morris (geysers) or Maids of the Mill (gals) via morris federation website, they might be able to help.
