It was written by George Frayne and Billy C Farlow and recorded by George (Commander Cody) and his Lost Planet Airmen. I've got the Down to Seeds and Stems Again Blues. I've changed the order a bit from the way it was recorded: in the original, the lines "These lonely memories are all that I can't lose,/And I'm down to seeds and stems again, too" came right after the bridge, omitting the first harmonic lines of the verse. I've gone for a more symmetrical structure than the original. I'll post the harmonic structure later. |
