I learned it as a child at Brooklyn Friends School, but recently remembered it when singing to by baby daughter. The words are something like "We are going/Heaven knows where we are going/We'll know we're there" (2x) and then, "It will be hard, we know/And the road will be muddy and rough but we'll get there/Heaven knows how we will get there...". I'd really love to know what this song is called and if there are anymore lyrics (it's a surefire sedative |
