From: maire-aine I have a copy of a paperbound book titled GOOD MORNING: MUSIC, CALLS AND DIRECTIONS FOR OLD TIME DANCING AS REVIVED BY MR. AND MRS HENRY FORD, Second Edition, Price 50 Cents, Published at Dearborn, Michigan 1941. It has 41 pieces of music, including Virginia Reel, Scotch Reel and Lady Walpole's Reel.
