Second to last clip is Dave and Jerry sitting in a couple of chairs in Dave's livingroom playing 'Cluck Old Hen' on acoustic guitar and mandolin. Sorry y'all appear to have missed it. It was worth missing a little sleep for. |

But I can take comfort that it will be recycled again and again and again...along with all the dross there's been some pretty good music documentaries going around and around. For beginning-intermediate mandolin players of any age, the Grisman-Garcia "Not For Kids Only" recording features uncomplicated mando parts with superb tone and taste. Well worth emulating. This show sounds well worth taping. |
