Considering the history of this fine old hostelry I think it is a crying shame that it cannot continue as a public house which offers excellent live music. |

Such a good pub as well, with plenty of history, oldest pub in Beverley, dating back hundreds of years. Is it worth writing to/emailing the brewery, or have they already made their minds up? |

First sunday in the month I host the "Monks walk session" 2.00pm start, every other sunday it is at "Nellies" hosted by oombanjo 3.30ish start. At both sessions all are welcome. |

Enterprise Inns went to court on Monday and got a court order to remove the sitting tenant. A temporary licensee, Shaun, who had the Holderness Inn for a short time, is currently cleaning up the pub ready for re-opening next week. Hopefully this will be good news. Stewart |
