Just found you site here while searching fervently for the lyrics to an old German WW2 song "Auf Krete". I just returned from a trip there and my cousins were drinking and singing it. This song is a song about a dying paratroopers farewell to his squaddie, and I'm sure nobody would schunkel with this song - not in Germany. |
