Too many dead presidents. To have a bill called a " Ray" would be great. Who could exemplify the American mythology better than Ray Charles Seth in Olympia |

Since Washington is already on the one dollar bill, put Ray on the quarter (permanently, not just a commemerative). I think he'd prefer that association. |

My Dad got really annoyed with me in the 1950's when I played "What'd I Say" about 50 times a day. He brought Black and white, city and country, old and young together through his art. He came from nowhere, poor and blind, and became famous all through the universe(sound waves just keep on goin') Can't get more American than that. Yeah, quarter or twenty, put him on the money.
