ISBN 0-8256-9420-5) Go to your local library... Ask them if they have it... If they don't, ask them to inter-library loan it... When they do, photo-copy it.. it's about 103 pages sans covers... :-) |

IAAL, but I don't practice in intellectual property, so I may be wrong, but I believe that only the copyright holder has the right to make any copies. That right encompasses the right to NOT make copies. |
