Yes, wasn't it a good night. Had me puzzling over the name of a tune I should have known well (that's age for you).
Can't decide whether I prefered the songs or the tunes - if only there had been room to dance.

A quick heads-up for our next gig which is at at the Hoy At Anchor Folk Club, Westcliff on Sea, Essex.

A week later we're off for our second visit to the Mill Race Festival of Traditional Music in Cambridge, Ontario, with a few small local concerts around that weekend, and an event at Port Dover on Lake Erie on the following Saturday.

...and when we get back to England, it's Whitby followed by Folk East closer to home.

I think I may have missed some gig announcements here...

Well anyway:
26th January (This Sunday) Walthamstow Folk Club back at the Old Rose and Crown which we are reliably informed is in much better condition that it was when the club abandoned it several years ago.

Looking forward to meeting some old friends; it's been a while...

This Saturday, December 6, we are at the Cellar Upstairs Folk Club, at short notice replacing John Kirkpatrick who has had to cancel November and December gigs.

This won't be the "Carolling and Crumpets" Christmas Show, but don't be surprised if a couple of seasonal songs sneak in...
