Good luck with the song - I heard Alan Taylor grumble that he doesn't like ordinary mortals covering his songs, so I don't bother any more. |

He told me he's very happy if others cover his songs, but he likes them to do them their own way, not just slavishly copy his version. Maybe that's where the rumour came from?? S:0) |

The chords are just the major triad (tonic, subdominant, dominant) in a style similar to but slower than the famous riff in "La Bamba". 1, 4, 5, with a walk down to the relative minor where the verse goes "Like a mountain stream, all crystalline and clean".
