Flower from the Fields of Alabama (old recording: Burnett and Rutherford; modern: Red Mountain White Trash, and they have an extra verse!) is one we've sung at weddings, as is "When the roses bloom in Dixieland" (Carter Family) and "Rose of my Heart" (Hugh Moffatt) OR just make up your own, especially for them.
