01 Aug 05 - 02:06 PM (#1532766) Subject: RE: quicker travelling home From: Bev and Jerry Sometimes it really does take longer to get there then to get home. One night it took us an hour and forty minutes to get to a pub in Kilcummin, Ireland from our B&B. That included a stop at another pub for a pint and to find out the name of the pub that had music that night and that it was in Kilcummin. It also included asking directions five more times on the way to Kilcummin. After getting directions in that pub back to our B&B, it only took 10 minutes to get home. The music and craic were wonderful so it was worth the trip. Bev and Jerry |

It was a fantastic sunny early morning and I seemed to get there in no time at all. Coming back it started to get dark by the time I got to Brecon and it felt like hours before I reached the turning to Caerphilly. In fact 35 miles. |
