Hi, Peter -
It's in ABC, which is becoming one of the standard forms of online musical notation for folk musicians. To play or display ABC tunes, try concertina.net. To learn more about ABC, look at the Mudcat ABC Tune Guide (click).
It's missing one line, however, it won't play unless you add this as a first line: X:0 - I added it to your post. Hope that helps.
