I found the fragment from Bruce Olson's website, so I hope it'll make my friend happy. Still, as far as I can make out there is no Scottish version in the DT, in which case no amount of searching techniques would have helped. Also, I'm doing this in the office, not yet having Internet access at home, and pressure from superiors sometimes makes it rather difficult to find enough time for the Mudcat ... However, the versions that are more closely aligned with the east side of the Atlantic do them just a little differently, since the tune is just a bit different also. That said, the chords PP&M use will point you in the right direction for discovering the chords for most versions. |
