I'm looking for a tune called "La belle Rosette" It's AKA "The Four Part Waltz", although the last two parts are really bourees.

It must depend on which part of the world you're located. It is on Amazon.fr or just put "La belle Rosette Martin Cayla et son orchestre" into Google, you should find some recordings available.
