17 Aug 06 - 03:17 AM (#1811983) Subject: Sea Fever Festival - Shanty Project HULL From: Sttaw Legend HumberSound are looking for young people aged 11 to 16 to take part in the Shanty Groove Crew Project at The Deep in HULL. This project is working in partnership with Hull City Arts, The Deep and Hull Sea Fever Festival 2006. HumberSound will take these young people through a historic song trail which will culminate in performances in Hull City Centre, BBC Blast which is the BBC's new multimedia truck facility, Creative Voice stage in Queens Gardens and Hull Sea Fever Festival in the Hull Marina. HumberSound welcome all young people between 11 and 16 to join the Shanty Groove Crew to explore maritime heritage learning songs of the past and performing them to audiences of the present.
