Respect and thanks given to the cast and production of a wonderful drama which ended tonight.

Micca just told me about it, but we've not been able to get it over, yet. I hope it comes out on video as I know we would like it.

It was a good show when it started, but what's-her-name kinda dragged it down by being too much the same every week.
Then when she left it was suddenly back to its best again.

So it's finished for good now is it? Too bad.

I've been enjoying that show on the few occasions I've managed to catch it. I think it is on Showcase here.

I did a day as an extra on Peak Practice with Amanda Burton. She didn't seem as beautiful close up as she looks on the telly.

Kevin Whately on the other hand seemed strikingly good looking - which I'd never thought of him as in Auf Wiedersehen Pet or Inspector Morse.

Well let the Icelanders catch as many whales as they can. But only if they do it with hand thrown harpoons from open rowing boats.

I don't think Sam's dealt with a harpooning...... I bet they wish they'd thought of that.
