What is the tuning (and gauges) to use? I THINK it's called mountain tuning or some such thing. |

I have an old Yamaha strung this way. Keith Richards used to call it "putting a little Angel dust on this track". Ian Tamblyn loves this tuning and has an old high strung Harmony Sovereign. Paul Simon has a black Yamaha that's high strung as well. He plays this a lot. |
