From: Amos The only such I know of specifically tied to Mudcat is the Mudcat Songbook MP3s site which can be found in the thread called "Songs from the Mudcat Songbook". It is an unfortunately incomplete project. Back in the Day there were a lot of people crafting songs under the stimulus of the Gaelic Goddess' witty scourge. A small fraction of them are recorded and available from the above link. There is also a collection of MIDIs associated with the Digital Tradition. If you download the actual Digital Tradition database either for Windows or Mac, almost all the songs in the DB are playable using selectable MIDI instrument voices. The direct link from the Mudcat's online DigitTrad DB to its MIDIs broke a while back and I am not sure what its current status is. A |
