The Srebenica massacre, carried out by Bosnioan Serbs, has been judged to have amounted to an act of genocide, and the Serbian government has been founding guilty of aiding and abetting this. Not exactly "innocent". |

And in any case, "not guilty" in law is not the same as "innocent", which is a moral, rather than a legal term. In any case, I wouldn't use the word "innocent" here. Dave Oesterreich |
