bobad - nice place, your living-room. It seems so that many beers and even some people have died there for centuries,

Manfred

My beers do die in my good, old tummy. What's coming out will be no beer anymore.

my beers don't die, they just change form, into songs, tunes and, hopefully, witticisms ... ...

Budweiser doesn't die.

It just warms up, and emerges fundamentally unchanged.

A tenuous sort of immortality, that.

Old beers don't die, they just come to a head.
Old beers don't die they just go down the hatch.
Ols beers don't die they just get 'drunk'

Bet you've drunk a few!

Pour a beer down your throat
You fancy the barmaid at the Pig & Stoat
Pour a beer down your throat
You fancy a goat
Pour a beer down your throat
I think I will get me coat

Oh raise up your glass
Take a drink of this
Then we'll all gather round
And we'll ........

Naw!
I've got nothing.

Are you guys trying to tell me that beer stunts your creative ability?

Then why do so many folkies...

Mine go to a watery grave, but I drink Bud, so it is from whence they came.

I didn't know beers died.   Just that they can go flat if left unattended too long.

And, of course, I've been known to kill a few myself from time to time.

I have a vivid memory of a Gents toilet, in a central Manchester pub, sometime in the early 70s. I and an elderly gent were relieving ourselves side by side in the urinal. The elderly gent turned to me and said, "You, don't buy it, lad, you only rent it".

Of course it might depend upon what " ales " them in the first place.
