My brother heard this from two sisters, sixish and nineish in Plymouth.

"I left a box of chocolates behind the kitchen door door door,
And when I went to fetch them, they were dancing on the floor floor floor,
Singing aye aye ippie, ippie aye, apple pie!
Singing aye aye ippie, ippie aye, apple pie!
Aye aye ippie, dance like a hippie, Aye aye ippie, ippi...e aye, apple pie! Woo!"

It's clearly based on "She'll Be Coming Round the Mountain"

Does anyone know it, or if there are any more verses?
