Does anyone know the name to the tune that Keith Marsden set "The Funeral Song"? Or even better does anyone have the chords that fit this tune? I realise that it is normally sung unaccompanied but I would like to play along whilst singing it as hopefully this will help me to sing it to the correct tune.

In that wonderful book of Keith's songs ' Picking Sooty Blackberries '
the words are obviously credited to Keith no authership is given for the melody so I'm sure that was also written by Keith, it's given in A major, no chords provided as it is meant to be performed unaccompanied.

Best performed in Mo and Jo company when Mo will amass chairs, constantly bringing them to the front and insisting on bums on seats moving on to them.

(my last request will be that the Co-op don't do my sendoff. The b'ards buit a store on our last green field in Richmond) (yes of course North Yorks)
