Subject: Same tune as the song, Dainty Davy. From: GUEST,David Murphy Date: 26 Sep 04 - 02:45 PM I remember hearing a song long ago to the same aire as Dainty Dave. It was more of a marching-type song and indeed , I think it had the words like "marching lines" or, "See the marching lines" somewhere in it. Every so often I go over stuff I'd written down long ago in scrapy notebooks and this came up. So, there's not much to give a clue, but if I can find it anywhere, it's probably here.
