This thread indicates that apparently she married Greg Brown in 2002. I didn't find a birthdate for him - I imagine he's in his early 50's.
Both are wonderful singers.
I especially like Iris' Let the Mystery Be.

I always liked "Our Town", although I know she's not the only one who has recorded it. That, and "Sweet is the Melody".

Sweet is the Melody-2nd fav; Infamous Angel #1 ww/ a bullet.
Also her duets w/ John Prine on his CD, "In Spite of Ourselves," especially the title track.
