INTELLIGENT DESIGN

I am the very model of an ill-disguised creationist.
No Wallace and no Darwin will be present in our nation's list.
Our pride demands that we believe we're just below the angel band,
To primates unconnected quite. No, we all sit at God's right hand.

The universe sprang fully blown from the forehead celestial.
In spite of all the evidence, we cannot be called "bestial".
The fossil record's fiction and the human race of divine birth.
And while we're at it, we'll declare the sun revolves around the earth!

And while we're at it, we'll declare the sun revolves around the earth;
And while we're at it, we'll declare the sun revolves around the earth;
And while we're at it, we'll declare the sun revolves around,
around the earth!

We must have been designed, because we're irreducibly complex.
No countervailing evidence or reasoning our minds will vex.
The purposeful arrangement of our parts bespeaks the divine plan.
We stand atop the natural world. Oh, what a piece of work is man!
