JOLLY DOGs

I am one of those jolly dogs,
You seldom fall across,
I'm good at any kind of game,
For mischief never lost.

cho: And we always are so jolly oh!
jolly oh! jolly oh!
And we always are so jolly oh!
Such jolly dogs are we.
Fal la la, Fal la la, fal la la,
Fal la la, Tra la la, Fal la la.
Slap bang, here we are again,
Here you are again, here you are again,
Slap bang, here you are again,
Such jolly dogs are we.

At six o' clock we always meet,
And then make up our minds,
Where to go and have a blow,
Perhaps we do our wine.

At eight o' clock we then walk out,
To have a jolly lark,
We're always full of devilment,
Because we know it's dark.

To masquerades and hops we go,
each smokes the fragrant weed,
Stick well up for each other,
If one in grief or need.

to the theatre we often go,
To have a bit of fun,
We sometimes get so jolly tight
Going the whole hog or none.
